What we are looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager who will be
responsible for devising and executing metric-driven advertising campaigns for clients across various
platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This role also involves leading and
growing a team of digital advertising professionals. The successful candidate should have a proven
track record of driving results through performance marketing strategies, with expertise in A/B
testing, campaign reporting, metric tracking, and creative input.
Responsibilities
Devise and execute metric-driven advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook,
YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed
the desired performance goals.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, optimize campaign
targeting, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize campaign effectiveness. – Lead and
develop a team of digital advertising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and
support to drive continuous growth and improvement.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive conversions.
Track and analyze campaign metrics, preparing comprehensive reports to evaluate
performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to align
strategies, leverage synergies, and ensure impactful creative input in campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in performance marketing, advertising
technologies, and industry best practices, sharing knowledge and driving innovation within
the team.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like
Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, etc., with a strong focus on driving results and
meeting performance goals.
Demonstrated expertise in devising metric-driven campaigns, A/B testing methodologies,
campaign reporting, and metric tracking, with the ability to leverage data to optimize
performance and ROI.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication,
leadership, and mentoring skills.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and
strategies.
Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads
Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital
advertising platforms.
In-depth understanding of digital advertising strategies, including audience targeting,
campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and the ability to provide impactful creative
input.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and
priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, and a commitment to
continuous learning and professional development.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on running successful
campaigns across various platforms. Proven track record of achieving performance goals
and driving results through performance marketing strategies, Proficiency in performance
