What we are looking for?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital professionals,
developing social media strategies for the company and its clients, and implementing effective
campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Your deep
understanding of best practices and algorithms for these platforms will be crucial in driving success.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of digital professionals: Manage and mentor a team of social media
specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the achievement of team
goals and objectives.

Develop social media strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company and clients’ objectives and
target audience.
Implement effective campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns
across multiple platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, to increase brand
awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Leverage tools and analytics: Utilize social media management tools and analytics to
create and manage social media plans, monitor campaign performance, and generate insights
to drive data-informed decisions
Understand content metrics: Have a strong understanding of content metrics, such as
reach, engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior, to provide value-added insights and
recommendations to the content team for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the performance of
different content strategies, creative elements, and messaging, and leverage the findings to
optimize social media campaigns
Reporting and analysis: Generate regular reports on key social media metrics, campaign
performance, and ROI for both the company and clients, and present findings to
stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
Establish strategies for the company and clients: Work closely with the company’s
leadership and clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audiences, and develop
tailored social media strategies to meet their specific needs and drive business results.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends,
algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms, and proactively research and implement
new ideas and strategies to drive innovation for both the company and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a
track record of successfully managing and executing social media campaigns across multiple
platforms.
Platform expertise: Strong understanding of best practices and algorithms for Facebook,
YouTube, and TikTok, with a demonstrated ability to leverage each platform’s unique
features and functionalities.
Analytical mindset: Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools, analytics
platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics), and content metrics to track and
analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
A/B testing and reporting: Experience in conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and
generating comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for the campaign
optimization.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance,
feedback, and support to drive individual and collective success.
Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to effectively articulate ideas, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
and clients.
Independent worker: Self-motivated and able to work independently, take ownership of
projects, and research and implement new ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the industry
trends.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple
